Are you an ENTREPRENEUR or LEADER with a goal of driving positive impactWant your work to align with your VALUES and PURPOSE, incorporating your ADHD experience?

Leaders and Entrepreneurs, you're in the right place!

What my clients have in common is the drive to LEAD WITH PURPOSE.

They’ve found that ADHD has been a POWERFUL contributor to their success as they possess creativity, a wealth of ideas, are divergent thinkers and adept problem solvers, showing flexibility and resourcefulness.

Their strong sense of JUSTICE often drives them towards making a positive impact.

However, ADHD can also present CHALLENGES such as difficulty prioritising, procrastination, overwhelm, decision paralysis, and a struggle to switch off. These challenges can impact self-care and work-life balance.

Together we,

  • Clarify values and what's important to you

  • Establish healthy work patterns that work to your rhythm

  • Build personalised strategies to prevent burnout

  • Identify blind spots

Design your future with intention

When you discover that you have ADHD as an adult, so many aspects of your life and past experiences begin to make sense.... Why burnout happens, why the strategies that work for everyone else don't seem to work for you, why you can sometimes do a day's work in a matter of hours or why you procrastinate a 5 minute task for weeks.

This realisation can be liberating but can also bring a sense of grief about what might have been. It may raise questions about IDENTITY-who are you without the mask, what could life be like if we designed it to meet YOUR needs and wants?

We can work together using this new understanding to DESIGN your FUTURE with INTENTION and explore ways to live as your authentic self, without the mask.

  • Am I the right coach for you?
Finding the right coach is all about chemistry. How do you know if we’re a good fit? That’s exactly what a discovery call is for. This isn’t just a quick chat—it’s a full 60 minute chat, giving you a first-hand experience of what it’s like to work together so you can make an informed decision. The most important factor is our connection and ability to work well together. To help you determine whether we’d be a good match, here’s what I look for in a client. My Coaching approach: Is This the Right Fit for You? 1) Your Aim Is True Transformation As a coach I want more for you then strategies that make life easier and your ADHD better managed. Instead of feeling like you are just surviving, I want to help you absolutely love your life- and create positive change that is permanent and sustainable. The real work lies in shifting not just what you do, but how you think and who you are becoming. Sustainable progress comes from deep transformation— because what got you here won’t get you there... 2) You Are Committed and Open to Self-Reflection Coaching extends beyond our sessions. To create meaningful change, it’s important to engage in self-reflection between sessions—examining your mindset, self-talk, and energy levels, experimenting with strategies, and noticing what works. These practices not only accelerate progress but also empower you to eventually coach yourself! 3) Open and Honest Communication We need a foundation of trust and openness. If a strategy doesn’t feel right or you know you won’t follow through on a plan, let’s talk about it! Every insight—especially what doesn’t work—is valuable information that helps us refine the approach. Remember, if something isn’t working, it’s the plan that needs adjusting, not you. I’m committed to maintaining open communication and encourage you to do the same. 4) A Partnership That’s Both Fun and Productive The best coaching relationships are both effective and enjoyable. If we both feel that working together will be engaging, motivating, productive and fun, then we’re on the right track! If these resonate with you, we’re likely to be a great fit!
  • Can you assess whether I have ADHD or not?
No. I am not qualified to conduct ADHD assessments and would never tell you that you are or are not ADHD. In coaching we’re concerned with experiences that impact you, developing healthy and useful behaviours and working on internal systems so that you can feel like a more authentic, effective version of yourself.
  • Why Work with an ADHD Coach?
Getting diagnosed with ADHD can bring clarity—but not much else. Most people are left with a label, a few tips, and zero real support. You end up sifting through conflicting advice, trying to “fix” yourself with strategies that weren’t made for your brain. After years of masking and burnout, it’s exhausting. An ADHD coach helps you cut through the noise and build a life that actually works for you. ✅Understand your brain ✅ Unlearn shame ✅ Build strategies that stick ✅ Manage overwhelm, energy, and motivation You don’t have to figure it out alone. Coaching gives you the tools, and support to stop procrastinating and start living! Show me how!
  • I think I am ADHD AND autistic. Do I need an AuDHD coach?
AuDHD is the term for when an individual is diagnosed with both ADHD and Autism. Coaching in this instance may involve exploring both aspects as well as how to manage and balance what can feel like contradictory forces. Research indicates that a high percentage of individuals diagnosed with one, may also be diagnosed with the other. In fact, there are high co-occurrence rates across different types of neurodivergence (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia). Having experience coaching individuals with a range of different neurodivergence, I am happy and equipped to support you whether you are ADHD or have other co-occurring neurodivergence.
  • Do I have to have an ADHD diagnosis to get coaching?
Absolutely not. I work with clients who have an official diagnosis and those who have not/do not want it. There is no need for a label to validate your experiences here, this is a non-judgemental space.
  • What is different about coaching women and men with ADHD?
Because the ADHD experience for men and women is very different and research is still only just emerging centred on female experiences it is important to understand and acknowledge this difference in the coaching space. My goal is to ensure I am using up-to-date research specific to both men and women, not outdated ideas of what we thought ADHD was for 'everyone'. Hormones cycles and changes through the life span are connected to female experiences of ADHD and the relationship between oestrogen and dopamine can have a dramatic effect on symptoms.
  • I have had counselling in the past, will coaching be emotionally tiring?
Whilst counselling and coaching certainly overlap, they have different purposes and work in different ways. Counselling may dig deep into past and traumatic experiences to help you process and understand your experiences, which can at times be emotionally tiring. Coaching however is forward-looking and focusses on what is present and moving forward. Emotions are an important part of the human experience and so sometimes you may feel more emotional than others during coaching and this is ok!

My clients say

[Louise] created a non-judgemental safe space for me to express, explore, learn, accept, and be the most authentic version of myself.

I learnt so much about myself and I can say confidently that Louise held a mirror for me to see my unmasked self and reassess my true strengths vs my learnt coping mechanisms. It was such a delight working with Louise, she was godsend!
